Official summary
Some 2020-2022 Aviator vehicles might experience a series of lines on the center display screen with multi colors or a rainbow hue. Replacement or reprogramming of the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) will not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via an over the air (OTA) software update expected in December 2022. Software will update automatically if the vehicle is connected to FordPass/LincolnWay. Monitor OASIS for additional information. Schedule a service appointment for customers that
