Official summary
Some 2015-2019 F-Super Duty vehicles may experience a transmission fluid leak from a cracked transmission case or transmission fluid pan. This may be due to a driveline vibration condition. For vehicles that have a concern with a cracked transmission case (Figures 1-2) or fluid pan (Figures 3-4), the rear driveline imbalance most often is the root cause of this concern. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the rear driveline.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
