Official summary
RADIO, MULTI Media (ASSY) The customers may have concerns of backup camera missing gridlines or showing black screen with "check entire surroundings" message while in Reverse mode. It is a backup camera initialization timing issue. Please check the backup camera and connections. This issue is recoverable with a key cycle. Replacing the radio head unit will not resolve the customer's concerns. FOTA service software release is scheduled for later June, 2021.
