Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic and System Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. Some customers may experience the following condition:Engine Stop/Start (ESS) remains in stop condition and they must manually restart the engine due to either a door or the hood being opened while in ESS mode.
