Official summary

Vibration While Braking This bulletin involves resurfacing either front/rear or all rotors and if necessary, replacing either front/rear or all brake rotors due to inactivity on dealer lots. The customer may describe a shake and/or vibration in the steering wheel and/or the seat while the brakes are applied. This vibration may be caused by corrosion on the brake rotors.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
