Official summary
Some 2022 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or after 15-Jun-2022 may exhibit FordPass features inoperative, will not connect and/or a deep sleep notification. This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). To correct the condition, reprogram the BCM with the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14B357 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
