Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T and R1S vehicles. On these vehicles, the automatic adjustment of the steering wheel and seats to the customerâ s preferred positions may become disabled due to a system incompatibility with a recent software update. Under this condition customers may need to position their steering wheel and seat manually. If the automatic adjustment functionality is lost, the driver will receive a notification on the center display indicating that the automatic seat and steering adjustment features are not available.
