Official summary
Service Update. On certain vehicles equipped with a 6.0L gasoline engine (RPO L96) and is a fleet government vehicle (RPO GAM), the left rear middle body mount may crack and collapse causing a metal-to-metal contact. Dealers are to inspect the integrity of 10 resistance spot welds attaching the body mount internal reinforcement to the vehicle floor forward of the left rear wheel. In addition, an external reinforcement will be MIG stitch welded to the outer (under-car) side of the vehicle at the body mount area.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
