Official summary

Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles equipped with a soft top roof may experience a strut that has detached from the soft top frame. It is not possible to reinstall one of these struts once they become detached from the frame. If this occurs, a service strut must be ordered which will arrive with a compression bracket which maintains the exact strut length required for installation. For installation instructions, refer to the Workshop Manual, Section 501-18A. The larger, rear struts are available by ordering (service part number: M2DZ-78515A60-B). The smaller, front struts are available by ordering

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
