Official summary
Some 2022-2023 Mustang vehicles equipped with a convertible top may exhibit a convertible top power close operation that stops 1 to 4 inches from the windshield header and require extra effort to latch. Component replacement is not expected to resolve this condition. Engineering is investigating a service fix expected to be released in Q2 2023. Monitor OASIS for updates.
