Official summary

Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles may not be able to communicate with some emissions testing equipment. Engineering is aware of the concern and is currently working on a solution expected in 2nd Quarter 2023. Monitor OASIS for updates. As a temporary corrective action, technicians may attempt one of the following: (a) Leave the engine running when performing the emissions test, even when the machine prompts to shut the engine off.
