Official summary
Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles equipped with On-Board Scale may exhibit DTC U3000:54 stored in the VDM after replacement and will not clear. This may be due to the configuration data for the VDM. To correct the condition, download and run the VDM - Vehicle Dynamics Module Configuration app using the latest level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). After the VDM configuration has completed, download and run the VDM - On Board Scales Calibration app and perform the Vehicle Payload Update and the Height Sensor Calibration to complete the repair.
