Official summary
Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles equipped with light duty electric park brake calipers (minor feature code FAJAK) may exhibit a squeal noise from the rear brakes after sitting for 8 hours or more. To confirm a vehicle is built with minor feature code FAJAK, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number in the upper left-hand corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). To correct this condition, replace rear brake disc (ML1Z-2C026-C) and rear brake pads, caliper pin bolts, brake pad clips, and retraction springs (ML3Z-2200-E) on both sides of the vehicle

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
