Official summary
Some 2023 Bronco vehicles equipped with dual tops from the factory may exhibit a broken tension bow guide support (service base part numbers 7851532/7851533). This component is located on the soft top frame and was likely discovered when the soft top assembly was initially removed from its storage location in the rear of the vehicle by the customer. This may be due to improper storage of the soft top from the factory. To correct this condition, replace the affected tension bow guide support following the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-18A Soft Top > Removal and Installation > Soft Top Tens
