Customer Satisfaction Program - certain vehicles may have a â Service Trailer Brakeâ message set when a trailer with electric brakes is connected and the driver attempts to use the manual apply slider on switch or depress the brake pedal while towing. Dealers are to replace the Trailer Brake Control Switch.
