Official summary
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles may set DTCs B109F:55, B1330:9A, U0252:87, U0198:87, U0184:87, U0155:87, U0256:87, and/or U0100:87 in the BCM when a diagnostic self-test is performed. This may be due to an incorrect sequence of an internal measurement unit during self-test causing a false history status DTC (0x48 or 0x08 status). The DTC matures to history status because the BCM detects nothing is wrong. Replacement or reprogramming of the BCM will not resolve this condition. B109F:55, B1330:9A, U0252:87, U0198:87, U0184:87, U0155:87, U0256:87, and/or U0100:87 should be ignored if: no other DT

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
