This technical bulletin provides a procedure to locate and repair a possible short in the wiring harness located at the camshaft cover or the cylinder head to correct customer concerns of Lack of Power, Reduced Power Displayed on DIC, Rough Idle, Stabilitrak Light On, MIL Illuminated - DTC P0014, P0365, P0366 and P06A3 Set.
