Official summary
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit the IPC reverting back to the home screen after the vehicle is shut off and restarted. The last screen viewed by the customer may not be remembered after the ignition is cycled. This is an operating characteristic of the vehicle and no repairs should be performed at this time. Use the Report a Vehicle Concern link at the bottom of OASIS to submit a report if there is a customer concern of IPC operation.
