Official summary
Some 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may experience minor damage to the high voltage battery (HVB) tray as a result of coming contact with road debris and/or other outside influences. Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-03A has been updated to include new topics for inspection, repair and replacement of the HVB tray. These new topics should be used to help determine severity of damage and an appropriate repair direction for the HVB tray.
