Official summary
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 28-Mar-2023 and equipped with a 12.3 inch IPC display may experience a blank IPC screen. This may be due to a faulted graphics interface processor (GIP) in the IPC Module. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, use the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS) to determine if the GIP is communicating. To confirm GIP communication, start a session with the vehicle using FDRS. From the Vehicle Info tab, select IPC. Under Module Details, if device identification (DID) F120 indicates Null, the GIP is faulted, and the IPC module (base part number: 10
