Official summary
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles do not have a compass displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). Replacement or reprogramming the IPC will not enable the feature. Inform customers that Ford is planning to deploy an enhancement via Ford Power-Up software updates delivered over-the-air (OTA) in 4Q2023. Software will update automatically on vehicles connected to FordPass. Monitor OASIS for additional information. Schedule a service appointment in late 4Q2023, for customers that are not connected to FordPass once the enhancement becomes available.
