The procedure for resetting the "Reset Inspection Service" is different from "Reset Interval Service". Both of these procedures are available in Guided Functions in Address Word 17. Right click on address word 17 > Control OBD > adaption > ?Fix: Distance covered since last mileage-dependent inspection? resent value to 0.
