Official summary
Some 2021-2023 F-150 Tremor vehicles built on or before 18-May-2023 may experience the instrument panel cluster (IPC) goes blank or reboots after attempting to access Trailer Tire Info in the Towing menu. This may be due to the software in the IPC. Engineering is currently investigating this concern. Inform the customer they can continue to drive the vehicle. Monitor OASIS for additional updates.
