SEAL Sunroof Glass Prior to replacing sunroof weatherstrip for water leak complaint, please take photos of the sunroof weatherstrip condition in the vehicle and email them to FCA Redacted Content. Please don't remove and repair sunroof glass or the weatherstrip separately. Please return the sunroof glass with the weatherstrip to QEC for analysis. Please include the following info in your email: VIN, first name and last name, Dealer code, Service Manager name, Phone number or email address. If no response received in 15 minutes, proceed with repair and part return to QEC.
