Official summary
Some 2022-2023 Mustang vehicles equipped with a convertible top may exhibit a convertible top power close operation that stops 1 to 4 inches (2.5-10 cm) from the windshield header and require extra effort to latch. Component replacement is not expected to resolve this condition. Engineering is investigating a service fix expected to be released in Q1 2024. Submit a Report a Vehicle Concern form located at the bottom of the OASIS screen and attach any available pictures to assist with the engineering investigation. Continue to monitor OASIS for updates.
