Official summary
Certain 2023-2024MY Palisade (LX2) vehicles will require replacement of the tailgate latch (both power and manual) and trimming the protrusion on the backside of the tailgate trim prior to installing the tow hitch assembly. Follow the procedure outlined in this bulletin to replace the tailgate latch and rework the tailgate trim.
