Some 2021-2022 Mach-E vehicles may experience an exterior charge status indicator not illuminating the blue charging segments after an over the air (OTA) update. This may be due to the software in the SYNC module (APIM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to reprogram the APIM.
