Radio T25.48 or T25.47 USB Software Update (This bulletin was visible to dealers briefly and was refered to Internal Product Investigations) The customer may describe one of more of the following: ? **Radio displays a black screen (Rearview camera functions normally). ? Radio locks up (Rearview camera functions normally). ? Navigation location is inaccurate. ? Radio resets and/or reboots (Rearview camera functions normally). ? Carplay® drops out.** ? Voice Recognition (VR) session does not open with wake-up word or steering wheel button. ? SXM® 360L does not work without Wi-Fi connection. ? US
