Official summary
This article supersedes 23-2105 to update the vehicle model years affected and customer symptoms. Some 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles may experience at least one of the following symptoms: intermittent blank/frozen center display screen that resets automatically, Android Auto Apple Carplay connectivity, checkerboard display, center display screen reset and/or Bluetooth connectivity. This may be due to the software in the SYNC module (APIM).
