Official summary
Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit concerns with the last audio settings or audio presets not saving, audio system defaulting to AM radio, or memory seat settings not being retained. This may be due to the customer using a guest profile or inadvertently switching to a guest profile. Memory seat, audio presets, or last audio settings will not be retained when using a guest profile. Customers must set up a personnel profile and link the key fob and seat memory to a profile for these features/settings to remain in memory. Refer to the Personal Profiles section of the Owner Manual for further

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
