Official summary
Some 2021-2023 Bronco (non-Raptor) vehicles built on or before 09-Jul-2023 may exhibit a fluid leak from the front drive axle pinion seal. This may be due to operating the vehicle under high load. If leaking, replace the pinion seal following Workshop Manual (WSM) section 205-03A > Removal and Installation > Drive Pinion Flange and Seal. To prevent subsequent seal leaks, the front differential fluid must also be replaced using the revised specification Motorcraftà ® SAE 75W-85 Premium Synthetic Hypoid Gear Lubricant, part number XY-75W85-QL.
