Official summary
Some 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator built on or before 20-Apr-2023 equipped with SYNC 4 may experience SiriusXM® 360L missing one or more of the following features: Channel 700 and above are not accessible, On Demand tab in the SiriusXM® Browse menu is displayed but grayed out/disabled/not functional, SiriusXM® with 360L toggle switch is not displayed in the Connected Vehicle Features menu. This may be due to the gateway module (GWM) configuration. To correct the condition, perform the GWM-Gateway Module A (GWM) Configuration application using Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS).
