Official summary

Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit condensation in the rear body mounted or decklid lamp assemblies that does not affect the function of the lamp. This condensation may be due to extended overseas shipping in a high humidity environment and will clear on its own with no service necessary in most cases. A thin film of mist that forms and covers less than 50% of the inside of the lamp that clears is normal and may take as long as 48 hours to dissipate in dry weather conditions. Circular droplets that may appear but do not form a vertical drip are also normal and may take up to 1 week in dry

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
