Official summary
Some 2022-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles which recently received a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) may exhibit an inoperative BlueCruise and lane centering with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U2018:51 stored in the camera module - rear (CMR) and U0565:86 stored in the image processing module A (IPMA). This may be due to the software level of the CMR. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the CMR module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
