Some 2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles built on 29-May-2023 and through 21-Nov-2023 may exhibit an exterior blue charge status indicator segments flashing and high voltage battery continues to charge after preset charge target percentage has been met while using level 1 or level 2 charger. This may be due to the software in the secondary on-board diagnostic control module A (SOBDM).
