Official summary
Some 2024 Bronco Sport vehicles built on or after 11-Mar-2024 equipped with a 1.5L engine may exhibit a coolant system fill above max line by about 10 mm - 12 mm in the degas bottle with the engine cold. This was intentionally done at the assembly plant to increase cooling system pressures. If the coolant system level is over the max line by about 10 mm - 12 mm, do not remove coolant in an effort to adjust or lower the coolant level in the degas bottle.
