Complaint When the pre-entry climate control was activated via Mercedes me connect App, the driver no longer had access to a cooling output for the vehicle interior once the vehicle had started. Cause If pre-entry climate control is activated, the engine fan should switch on to regulate corresponding temperature and pressure rises in the refrigerant circuit. Since the engine fan is not switched on, high pressure (overpressure) can arise in the refrigerant circuit and consequently switch it off.
