Official summary
Some 2023-2024 Transit vehicles may experience an inoperative driver or passenger power window. In these vehicles, the power window motor is equipped with thermal protection against current increase or excessive operation of the switch. Once the protection is activated, the power window motor will automatically reset after approximately 20 seconds of window motor rest time. Before performing any diagnostic or repair, allow any inoperative window to rest for over 20 seconds and then retest its operation.
