A concern has been identified for specific vehicles within the above vehicle range. Testing of V8 S/C 5.0L Gasoline Defender vehicles has revealed an inability to meet the noxious gas pollutant levels for every grade of fuel during a certification test drive cycle. As a result, vehicles of this specification do not comply with the certified state and may not be sold or imported into USA and Canada until they are capable of meeting the legal limits and as certified state. Repair is being determined
