Official summary
CLOCKSPRING Steering Column Control Module Before replacing the steering column control module (SCCM), please follow these steps: 1.- Make sure all the switches' and airbag's harness are properly connected, disconnect the switches and reconnect them, and reverify the issue. 2.- Pull the SCCM fuse for 60 sec and then reinstall it. 3.- Reverify if Steering wheel switches are inoperative. If there are no DTC's, physical defects, nor switches inop, then SCCM does not need to be replaced.
