Official summary

Complaint Noise can be heard coming from the air conditioning system at higher blower motor speeds. Cause Leaves/foreign objects have entered through the water drain grille in the water drain thereby causing an imbalance and noise in the blower wheel. Remedy Remove any leaves/foreign objects from the blower and interior air filter (the blower does NOT need to be replaced). After this, more fine-grained grilles and sealing frames can be used that are better at filtering out leaves / foreign objects. Parts required for retrofitting: Sealing frame (A 247 835 12 00) Sealing frame (A 247 835 11 00)
