Official summary

Some 2024 F-150 non-Lightning vehicles may exhibit passive entry feature inoperative on all doors and/or "No Key Detected" message in the IPC, even though the 12V battery state of charge (SOC) is over 50% and no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored in the BCM. This may be due to the software level of the body control module (BCM). To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the BCM using the latest software version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool.

Vehicles covered

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
