Official summary
Certain 2023 Model Year Mustang Mach-E Vehicles 12 Volt (12V) Battery Test and Remote Climate Control Module (RCCM) Reset On the affected vehicles, the Remote Climate Control Module (RCCM) may stay awake after the vehicle is turned off, creating a Key Off Load (KOL). This may cause DTC B1616-04 to set, and a message “Electrical System Drain Service Required” to appear on the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and may also lead to a discharge of the 12V battery if the vehicle is parked for approximately 10-15 days
