Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates a vehicle may come to the dealer with a complaint of a Super Cruise Unavailable message. The tech is instructed to check for trouble codes. If any of the codes listed in this PI are found in the Image Processing Control Module the tech is directed to advise the customer that engineering is working on a resolution. If none of the codes listed are found the tech is directed to diagnose the vehicle following SI diagnostics.
