Complaint Vehicle not AC charging. Check engine light on. PTCU/N127 with fault code P0D9100 "The lock for the charging cable has an open circuit". Cause Possible Hardware and/or Software. Investigation is ongoing. Remedy Please open TIPS case. TIPS case: Needed customer feedback: When did the complaint/IC message occur? While driving and /or charging / or parking? If the complaint occurred while charging, how long after did the complaint/IC message occur? Which charging station was used, which provider (picture if possible)? Attach HV CUL and QT to the case Attach picture of label of AC charge
