Official summary
Some 2023 Escape/Corsair equipped with 2.5L full hybrid electric vehicle (FHEV) or with plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) powertrain may exhibit an intermittent 12V battery drain condition when the ignition is tuned off. This may be due to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control module that keeps the controller network (CAN) bus active.
