Official summary
Certain Kona (SX2) vehicles may exhibit a warning light ON in the cluster related to the “Check Forward Safety system” due to software intended from an alternate region. This bulletin provides a software update for the Front Camera system to update logic in the Forward Collision Avoidance (FCA) and Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) functions. Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) functions are not affected due to this condition.
