Quality improvements include: -Allows SYNC strategy for Charge Status message to match Cluster strategy. - Top off the Low Voltage battery prior to OTA update. - Enables Public Charging App function above 5 MPH. - Hides "Update Now" button on HMI when the vehicle battery health is below threshold. - Corrects "Bluecruise Maps not up to date" erroneous message. - Improves Key Off Load battery drain due to SYNC.
