Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates a vehicle may be encountered with a third row seat that will not fold. The technician is advised to order headrests through EPC and to have the parts department open a SPAC on the parts. The technician is given a procedure to burnish the headrest and seat buck mechanism in an effort to restore function of the seats for the customer until parts are available.
