Official summary
Some 2023 model year Sequoia Hybrid and 2022 – 2023 Tundra Hybrid vehicles may exhibit an oil leak between the automatic transmission and the hybrid module assembly, and the source of the oil leak is from the hybrid module output shaft seal. The hybrid module assembly has been updated to minimize this condition.
